We started Pure Play Kids to satisfy parents looking for healthy alternatives to mainstream children’s products and also to help encourage and enrich creative childhoods. Like many parents, we were disenchanted with the battery-powered, TV-based, low-quality plastic toys available for our toddler.

We spent countless hours searching for alternatives that would foster pure and creative play. Then we made a key discovery: our son and his friends gravitated to the toys that let them provide the spark of animation. Kid-powered toys have far greater play and developmental value. Kid-powered toys also have longer lives because their use is determined by a child’s imagination, not by the toy’s preset buttons, circuits, sounds, songs, storylines and lights.

Pure Play Kids reflects our dream to reshape the toy market and restore childhood through kid-powered products that encourage fun, creativity and personal growth.
