Pure Play Kids ships to residential and business addresses in the Continental United States, Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico. Pure Play Kids can ship to PO Boxes via USPS but delivery may require an additional 2 days above typical ground delivery. Deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico require an additional $10 fee and several extra days for delivery. US Military addresses may require additional fees; please contact us for more details.
Shipping Method & Timeframes
Pure Play Kids is committed to keeping shipping costs down, and we work with multiple shipping partners (Fedex, UPS, and USPS). Orders received between Monday and Friday are usually processed the same day or by the end of the next business day. Orders received Saturday or Sunday are shipped on Monday. Pure Play Kids aims to ship most orders with a day of receipt, but delays do occasionally occur. During the holiday season, processing time may increase by as much as 4 business days.
Standard Ground Shipping
Standard ground shipped orders of in-stock items typically arrive within 3-7 business days. Pure Play Kids makes no guarantee of specific arrival date with standard ground shipping.
Expedited Shipping
We also offer expedited shipping options for rush deliveries. Orders must be received prior to 12AM Eastern time for expedited delivery. Shipping prices and options for expedited service appear during checkout.
Oversized Items
Carriers charge additional shipping for oversized items based on box size and weight. Pure Play Kids identifies items that will require oversized shipping premiums in its product description pages and the additional amount of the shipping is included in the shopping cart shipping cost calculation. Some oversized items may also require additional time for delivery.
Gift Wrapping & Shipping
Pure Play Kids offers Gift Wrapping for an additional fee. Gift wrapping may require one additional day for processing and shipping.
Pure Play Kids Host Rewards and Other Certificates
Pure Play Kids offers Host Rewards and Other Rewards in conjunction with its Trunk Show program. Host Rewards and other certificates are intended for product purchases only and can not be used to cover shipping costs or sales taxes.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
All shipping addresses should be verified before submitting your order. If any shipping information is incorrect, a $10.00 charge may be assessed to the billing party for re-directing your shipment to the correct address. The billing party is also responsible for any additional shipping fees incurred as a result of the incorrect shipping address. Pure Play Kids Pure Play Kids will not be held responsible for incorrect shipping addresses.
Out of Stock Items
Pure Play Kids strives to be in-stock at all times. In the rare event of an out-of-stock item, Pure Play Kids will notify you of the situation via email.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a full refund on the products returned within 45 days. Defective or Damaged in Transit Items
Uh oh! We try to ship wonderful products safely and securely. That said, accidents do happen, and we will work with you to fix the situation. If your products arrived in damaged condition, please contact us within 14 days of the shipping date. Please contact us prior to shipping items back; Pure Play Kids does not pay for return shipping without prior approval. Typically, a replacement item will be sent unless unavailable. Individual solutions vary depending upon specific items.
